Refund & Cancellation Policy

100% refund if your gift card code doesn't work. If you receive a code that is invalid or fails to redeem, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right — full refund or replacement, guaranteed.

Overview

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Please read this carefully before placing an order, as digital gift cards are a non-returnable product by nature.

No Refunds on Delivered Digital Codes

All gift cards sold on UniqueGiftStore.xyz are digital products sourced from third-party providers (Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, Blinkit, Google, Apple, etc.). Once a gift card code has been generated and delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase, no refund, replacement, or cancellation will be entertained under any circumstances.

This policy exists because digital codes are immediately accessible upon delivery. We have no way to verify whether a delivered code has been viewed, used, or shared. As a result, all sales are considered final from the moment of code delivery.

Cancellations Before Delivery

Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 1 hour of placing the order, and only if the gift card code has not yet been delivered to your email. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at loganxmatrix@gmail.com with your order details.

We cannot guarantee cancellation even within this window. Once processing begins and the code is dispatched, the order is final.

Non-Delivery or Technical Issues

If you did not receive your gift card code after a confirmed payment, please contact us within 24 hours at loganxmatrix@gmail.com. We will investigate and re-send the code if it was not delivered due to a technical fault on our end.

Check your spam/junk folder before raising a non-delivery complaint. We are not responsible for codes that were delivered successfully to the email address provided but were not seen by the customer.

Incorrect or Invalid Codes

In the rare event that you receive a code that is demonstrably invalid or does not work at the time of redemption, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and a screenshot showing the error. We will verify the issue with our supplier and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement code at our discretion.

We are not responsible for codes that are valid but rejected by the recipient platform due to region restrictions, account issues, or expired balances on the recipient's end.

Refund Timeline

In the event a refund is approved by RAJ DEBNATH (for eligible cases such as non-delivery due to our fault), it will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
